This research explores China’s investment attractiveness, particularly focusing on the impacts of tourism and education on the country’s economy during 2022, 2023, and 2024. In 2022, China’s tourism sector rebounded with a growth rate of approximately 30% compared to the previous year, driven by domestic travel and a gradual reopening to international visitors post-COVID-19. This resurgence contributed significantly to GDP growth, with tourism accounting for about 11% of total GDP in 2022. Concurrently, the education sector saw increased foreign investment, particularly in higher education institutions and vocational training programs, which enhanced China’s global competitiveness and innovation capacity. By 2023, the government implemented policies aimed at attracting more foreign students and tourists, resulting in a projected increase in foreign direct investment (FDI) by 15%. The education sector’s contribution to economic growth is expected to rise as China aims to become a global leader in technology and research by 2024. Overall, this study highlights that both tourism and education are pivotal in enhancing China’s economic landscape, making it an attractive destination for investors.
