This research explores the interconnections between Uzbekistan’s agriculture, tourism policy, and education system as pivotal components of the country’s economy. Agriculture remains a cornerstone of Uzbekistan’s economic framework, contributing significantly to employment and export revenues, particularly through cotton and horticultural products. The government’s strategic initiatives aim to modernize agricultural practices, enhance productivity, and promote sustainable farming techniques. Concurrently, tourism policy has gained momentum as a vital sector for economic diversification, with efforts focused on developing infrastructure, preserving cultural heritage, and promoting ecotourism to attract international visitors. Education plays a crucial role in supporting these sectors by equipping the workforce with necessary skills and knowledge. Recent reforms in the education system emphasize vocational training aligned with industry needs, fostering human capital development essential for both agriculture and tourism. This study employs qualitative analysis to assess how these three sectors interact and contribute to overall economic growth in Uzbekistan, highlighting challenges and opportunities that arise from their integration.
