The role of human capital in increasing labor productivity in production and industrial enterprises of our country

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of human resources in the development of production and industrial enterprises in our country, their activities, the results of the activities carried out to date, and important aspects that can serve as an example for other countries. Also, on the basis of legal documents, the economic and socio-political importance of small business entities in Uzbekistan was analyzed. The scientific research of a number of domestic and foreign researchers on this topic was studied. The main content of the studied literature is that the human factor, operating in the territory of the country, occupies an important place in the small business sector, and it is emphasized that it occupies an important place in the growth of the country's gross national and gross domestic product. Statistical, comparative-comparison, induction-deduction and empirical analysis research methods were actively used in the research. And at the end, this article is given a summary and a list of used literature.
