LEGAL BASIS OF STATE SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRAFT ACTIVITIES

In this article, the main attention is paid to the activity of handicrafts in our country during the tsarist era and the current socio-economic status of the craftsmen, the reforms carried out to support the industry during the years of independence and its legal-normative foundations are analyzed. In this study, the current situation was approached from a periodic point of view, and the methods of analysis-synthesis and scientific abstraction were used. The study is a comparative analysis of the legal and regulatory framework of handicrafts, its specific features are important for interested parties, researchers and industry officials.
