Abstract

This article explores the organization and implementation of innovative activities in preschool educational institutions. By examining diverse methodologies and tools, it highlights their impact on fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among young learners. The study identifies key challenges, such as resource limitations and resistance to change, while proposing actionable strategies for overcoming them. This work contributes to the discourse on advancing early childhood education through innovation, ensuring children are better prepared for the demands of the 21st century.

Author Biography

Nilufar Berdiyorova, Nordic

I was born on June 30, 1997 in the city of Zomin, Jizzakh region. I grew up in a family of intellectuals. I graduated from the 34rd secondary school in the city of Zomin with excellent grades. In 2018, I entered South Korea's Buchon University and graduated in 2021. I became a Master's student at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. I worked as an educator and methodologist in a private kindergarten called "Yorqin-Yulduz-Boychechak". Then I worked as a methodist in the 4th state pre-school education organization and as a teacher at the Khanabad Pedagogical College. Now I am working as a teacher at the International Nordic University.
